California is pioneering energy consumption and production systems. It is currently, the 8th largest producer of renewable energy in the U.S. The largest renewable projects in the world are housed in California. Few places around the world have been as active in the effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by advocating and designing for greener technologies, forward-thinking environmental policies and expanding sustainability practices. The Golden State is now home to the largest wind, geothermal, and solar projects on the planet. If pending legislation takes hold, 100% of California’s energy use will be renewable by 2045.

For California businesses, sustainability is more than “being good civic stewards,” it’s also a smart business practice with a definitive return on investment, good-paying jobs and new growth opportunities for entrepreneurs. Are you ready to seize a part of this growing market? Experts will provide insights on challenges and opportunities.
