ABOUT US
LALCC is the leading force uniting Latino business owners across Los Angeles — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built to help our members grow and drive real economic impact. We do it through procurement, technical assistance, strategic planning, advocacy, access to leadership, economic development, and business education: the full toolkit our members need to compete and thrive.

OUR VISION
An environment where business aspirations are attainable and opportunities for upward mobility are plentiful; where business leaders are at the table shaping the engines that power the LA economy.

OUR MISSION
We facilitate the economic structures and policy initiatives that empower small businesses and drive growth across the Los Angeles Basin — guided by our Four Pillars: Procurement, Policy, Partnership, and Programs.
OUR FOUNDATION
Procurement
Connecting Latino-owned businesses to contracting opportunities with the City, County, and private-sector partners.
Policy
Advocating at the local and state level for regulation and legislation that removes barriers to small business growth.
Partnership
Building coalitions with agencies, financial institutions, and anchor employers to expand what members can access.
Programs
Running the workshops, training, and events members use to grow — from capital readiness to certification support.
