Terms & Conditions
Agreement to these terms
By using lalcc.org, creating an account, joining as a member or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms are an agreement between you and the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce ("LALCC," "we," "us"). If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
Effective date: October 1, 2026

Member accounts
You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Keep your password private, keep your contact and business details accurate, and tell us right away at info@lalcc.org if you think someone else has used your account.
Accounts are for the named individuals covered by a membership. Do not share a login with people who are not covered.
Membership and payments
Membership runs for one year from the date you join, at the level and price shown on our Membership Levels page when you pay. Each level covers a set number of individuals, and benefits apply only to them.
-
Approval. We may accept or decline any membership application. If we decline yours, we refund the dues paid.
-
Benefits. We may add, change or replace benefits during the year. Benefits provided by partners depend on those partners and may change or end.
-
Prices. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change them, and a new price applies from your next renewal.
-
Renewals. If your membership renews automatically, we charge your payment method on the renewal date unless you cancel first.
-
Payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the method you provide. You are responsible for failed or reversed payments, and we may pause benefits until they are resolved.
-
Cancellations and refunds. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out when dues, tickets and sponsorships can be refunded.
Events
A ticket or registration gives you admission to that event only, subject to venue rules and capacity. We may change speakers, programs, dates or venues when needed.
-
Conduct. We expect professional, respectful behavior. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or harassing, without a refund.
-
Your own risk. You attend and take part at your own risk, including golf and other physical activities, travel to and from the event, and alcohol served there. Please drink responsibly.
-
Photos and recordings. We photograph and record events and may use the images to promote LALCC, as described in our Privacy Policy.
-
Solicitation. Selling or distributing materials at an event requires a sponsorship or our written permission.
Directory listings and content you submit
You keep ownership of the content you give us, such as your business description, logo, photos, e-blast copy and profile details. You give LALCC permission to publish, display, format and share that content on our website, directory, emails, social media and promotional materials for as long as you are a member.
You confirm that you have the right to share the content, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may edit, decline or remove any listing or content at our discretion.
A directory listing or sponsored e-blast is not an endorsement. LALCC does not verify or guarantee the products, services or claims of any member, sponsor or partner.
LISTO portal, grants and partner programs
LALCC connects members to opportunities but does not guarantee any result. Membership, an application or acceptance into the LISTO portal does not guarantee a contract, grant, certification, loan, customer or business outcome.
Decisions on contracts, funding and certifications are made by the corporations, agencies and funders involved, under their own rules. Any agreement you reach with a buyer, partner or another member is between you and them, and LALCC is not a party to it.
Information we share in webinars, workshops, newsletters and resources is general and educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
Intellectual property and third-party links
The LALCC name, logo, website design, text, photos, videos and recordings belong to LALCC or its licensors. You may view and share them for personal or internal business use, but may not copy, alter or use them commercially without our written permission.
Members may state that they are LALCC members. Using our logo, or suggesting that LALCC endorses your business, requires our written approval.
Our website links to partners, sponsors, member businesses and third-party offers, such as vehicle and travel programs. Those sites and offers are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, LALCC makes no warranties, express or implied, including that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
-
Limit on liability. To the extent the law allows, LALCC and its directors, officers, staff and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, business or data.
-
Cap. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid LALCC in the 12 months before the claim arose.
-
Indemnity. You agree to cover LALCC's losses and reasonable legal costs from claims caused by your content, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with other members or partners.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Suspension, changes, governing law and contact
-
Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end an account or membership that breaks these terms or harms the Chamber or its members. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
-
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and email members when a change is significant. Continuing to use our services means you accept the update.
-
Governing law. California law governs these terms. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
-
General. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term at one time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
